Each GreenFree privilege voucher
entitles two golfers to play for the price of one at any of
the participating golf courses in the GreenFree
promotion.
To obtain the complimentary green fee a valid
GreenFree voucher, completed with the personal contact details
of the voucher holder and guest must be presented along with
the balance of the two for one green fee.
Both golfers must tee-off together based on the standard, adult,
visitor green fee rates.
Two vouchers must be presented for golfers to play in a fourball
and so on up to a maximum of 8 golfers.
GreenFree vouchers are only valid if the golfer
adheres to the following set booking procedure -
(i.) Telephone the golf club in advance
(ii.) Declare intention to use a GreenFree Voucher
(iii.) Make tee-time reservation
All tee times are subject to availability.
Certain golf clubs as detailed in the Course Directory may require
a current handicap certificate or impose other restrictions
(such as specified times or days when the two for one green
fee offer is valid) which must be adhered to in order to play
the course.
GreenFree vouchers are for casual play only and
not valid for substitute or part payment for any society/corporate
bookings of more than 8 golfers. Any exceptions to this rule
are at the complete discretion of the golf club and require
the express agreement of the Golf Manager at the time of booking.
Participating clubs reserve the right to restrict the number
of times in any 12 month period that a voucher holder may avail
of the two for one offer. It is advisable to check after the
first round whether or not a club imposes such restrictions.
GreenFree may also be applied to the Day Ticket
Rate if specified by any courses listed in the Course Directory.
GreenFree vouchers may not be used in conjunction
with club competitions such as Open Days or any other short-term
promotional offers. The two for one green fee offer does not
apply to visitors rates when playing with a member of a participating
club.
GreenFree vouchers are valid for exchange at all
courses listed in the Course Directory which is current at the
time the golfer wishes to redeem the vouchers.
Occasionally a new or temporary member of the pro shop staff
may be unaware of the GreenFree arrangement. As
such you should ask them to consult the golf club manager for
clarification.
GreenFree voucher applicants must be aged 18 or
over. It is at the discretion of each participating course whether
or not they permit any junior green fee rate to be applied to
the GreenFree terms.
Details of the participating courses as published in this Course
Directory are based on information supplied directly by the
courses and may be subject to change without notice. Every attempt
has been made to ensure the accuracy of such information at
the time of printing but the promoter cannot be held responsible
should any details be incorrect.
The Golfers Club UK Ltd will not be responsible if any golf
club breaches its contract. However we will use our very best
endeavors to secure compliance.
Voucher users have the responsibility to be aware of and abide
by the rules of golf as laid out by the Royal and Ancient Golf
Club of St. Andrews, the local rules of the golf club and proper
golf etiquette (both on and off the course). Proper dress code
must be observed at all times. Golfers should check same upon
booking.
Only authentic GreenFree vouchers supplied by the promoter or
the exclusive UK distributor, The Golfers Club UK Ltd with a
valid expiry date will be accepted by the participating courses.
Vouchers will be rendered invalid if they are in anyway altered
or sold, purchased, or exchanged for cash or credit.
