[/size]Good aim, stance and posture are all fundamental to successful play, and yet these are aspects of the game that can so easily be neglected in your eagerness to hit the ball. Mastering the basics takes you back to the beginning and reminds you of the importance of agood set-up. Your set-up position becomes your base - a soild foundation from which repetive movements can follow. Combine this with you regular practice and you will be on your way to a better game and round.

Enjoy
