Beautifull 18 hole golf course set along the ocean. A good challenge for players at all levels.

Bávaro

Catalonia Caribe Golf Course
Inland 18 hole golf course with plenty of interesting holes on the round. Popular because the green fee runs lower then many of the high profile golf courses that are set in the same area.

Barceló Bávaro Golf Club designed by Juan Manuel Gordillo
Inland 18 hole golf course. Being one of the first golf courses in the area this plays interestingly with plenty of water and with vegetation that has had enough time to grow and be a natural part of the golf course.

Cocotal Golf and Country Club designed by José “Pepe” Gancedo
27 hole golf course set in the beach and tourist town of Bávaro. This course accommodates most golf players with an interesting layout and teeboxes that will suit most players regarding the length of the course. Consists of an 18 and a 9 hole loop.

White Sands Golf and Beach Resort designed by José “Pepe” Gancedo
Inland golf course that is known for it’s trick layout. Part of a large resort development with more then 5000 apartments, townhouses and villas located in the beach town of Bávaro.

Punta Blanca Golf Club
Depending on which tee box you pick as your starting point this golf course designed by Nick Price can be anything from a long monster to a pleasant round of golf.

Juan Dolio

If you are out looking for a relaxing day at the golf course this one is a good pick as it is rather short, flat and with big greens. Be away of out of bounds stakes that can be found on almost every hole.

Santo Domingo

Santo Domingo Golf and Country Club
Very few build in hazards on this course makes at first glance an easy task to complete but be aware of the narrow fairways surrounded by a tree line.

Las Lagunas Campo Nacional de Golf designed by Pete Dye and Jack Corrie
The course is know as a good challenge with lots of blind shots however the course is also known for a somewhat poor maintenance condition.

Isabel Villas Golf Club designed by Ricardo Orellana
This 9 Hole par 3 course can be found just to the north of Santo Domingo. It's part of a gated community and doesn't have any greater appeal to golfers not living in the near vicinity.

Rio San Juan

Play Grande Golf Course
With it’s spectacular and breathtaking layout along the coastline to the Atlantic Ocean and designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones, Sr this golf course is absolutely worth a visit.

Puerto Plata

Inland 18 hole golf course with many interesting holes along the way where the surroundings is used probably to make this a course worth playing.

Santiago

Las Aromas, Santiago Golf Club designed by Pete Dye
The course is known for a great layout but suffers partly due to lag of sufficient funds for maintenance. Some of the challenge comes from a natural layout in the landscape rather then induced obstacles such as bunkers.

La Vega

Jarabacoa Golf Club designed by Fernando Fernandes
9 hole golf course that is set in a mountainous area and is therefore some what of a challenge with some climbing to be done. Jarabacoa golf course is a somewhat basic course that partly due to the terrain is an interesting challenge.

Bonao

Bella Vista Golf Course
9 hole par 3 course can be found near the city of Bonao. If in the neighborhood with a bit of time to spend this rather short course should be a worthy test of your short game capabilities.
